This is a legal agreement between YOU (“User” or “Donor” or “Visitor” or “Guest” or “Granter” or “Client” or “Subscriber” “you”) and Muslim Scout platform for humanitarian services (hereinafter referred to as “Website” or Portal, “we” or “us” “IUMS”), The International Union of Muslim Scouts (IUMS) is an autonomous body having scouts bodies and associations representing Muslim Scouts all over the world. It is recognized by the following bodies:
- The 7th Islamic Summit Conference, held in Casablanca, Kingdom of Morocco, from 11 to 15 Rajab 1415H (13-15 December 1995), Resolution No. 5/7-ORG(IS).
- The World Organization of the Scout Movement in its conference in Bangkok in 1993.
- International Islamic Council for Da’wa and Relief in its conference in 1416H, Cairo.
- The Royal approval of the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques, King Fahad Ibn Abdul Aziz to host IUMS in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (No. 9/B 14886 dated 17/9/1420H).
- The World Assembly of Muslim Youth.

IUMS follows all laws and regulations of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. IUMS owns and operates the WWW.MSIHS.ORG Website. Our Website WWW.MSIHS.ORG (hereinafter referred to as “Website” or “Portal” or “Platform”) is a specialized website for the service of online fundraising. The website offers Users access to Information, Guidelines, Projects, Forums, and a Blog Materials.
In order to use our website Service and/or donate, you need to (1) be 18 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your home country) or older, (2) have parent or guardian consent if you are a minor in your home country, (3) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws, and (4) reside in a country where the Service is available. - The Donor’s (institution or individual) applying for participation in the platform’s projects, activities or services is an approval and acknowledgment by it to authorize the Muslim Scout Platform for Humanitarian Services to act as required and according to what it deems fit, in compliance with the requirements of the applicable compliance regulations and standards.
- The Donor shall acknowledge that it has read and understood all the initiatives, projects and activities and that they are intended for humanitarian services and that it does not object to participation therein.
- The Donor shall acknowledge that any amount paid to the platform account is non-refundable and cannot be claimed.
- LINKS TO FROM WEBSITE
