Secretary-General of the International Union of Muslim Scouts, Dr. Zuhair Ghoneim, receives His Excellency Dr. Saleh Al-Suhaibani, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation

Today, the Secretary-General of the World Federation of Muslim Scouts, Dr. Zuhair Ghoneim, received in his office at the Federation’s headquarters, His Excellency Dr. Saleh Al-Suhaibani, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. Humanity, which aims to highlight the role of the International Federation of Muslim Scouts in achieving intellectual convergence and cognitive integration, and contributing to achieving coexistence and peace among the peoples of the world, and working to deliver its services and projects to all deserving classes of society, without discrimination of color, race or gender, and to participate in the promotion of human communication Comprehensive education among all human beings, through education, training and continuous development, in line with the vision of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation 2025 in joint humanitarian action, quality of life, adaptation of information and communication technology, and digital information infrastructure, to help advance the development of member states., while ensuring a high level of Quality in the work it accomplishes in its various projects and services, under the supervision of the General Secretariat of the World Federation of Muslim Scouts, and the relevant official authorities, in a regulated institutional manner that ensures keeping up with the requirements of compliance systems and standards in the world, which will return to everyone with good and peace.

It is worth noting that the federation obtained support and endorsement decisions for these initiatives and activities at the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation issued No. 7/49 – D, held on March 16-17, 2023 AD in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott, and the meeting of the World Islamic Scout Committee held on March 5. – February 8, 2023 and its decisions and recommendations issued in this regard.

At the end of the visit, the Secretary-General of the Union, Dr. Zuhair Ghoneim, gave his thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the interest and support it attaches to the Union. His Excellency Dr. Saleh Al-Suhaibani thanked Dr. Zuhair Ghoneim and promised him to overcome all the difficulties that might face him in order to serve the Union and the member states.
